Dr. Sunil Kakarla is a dedicated veterinarian with a rich background in veterinary medicine and a passion for animal care. He graduated with his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree in India in 1998. After moving to the United States in 2005, he furthered his education by earning a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in 2011.
Dr. Kakarla began his career in veterinary medicine at a corporate hospital, where he gained invaluable experience. Since 2016, he has served as the Medical Director for multiple veterinary hospitals, demonstrating his leadership and commitment to the field.
In pursuit of his vision for high-quality animal care, Dr. Kakarla relocated to Los Angeles and acquired VIP Animal Hospital in Fullerton. His professional interests include soft tissue surgery and internal medicine, where he applies his extensive knowledge and skills to ensure the best outcomes for his patients.
At VIP Animal Hospital, Dr. Kakarla continues to uphold a standard of excellence in veterinary care, fostering a compassionate environment for both pets and their owners.
